Dilemma: The international business has a customized web-software system to manage private-label formulas manufactured by co-packers. The system is not current to USA regulations for food, meat, poultry, seafood or alcohol. The system must be in place within 5 months so training can begin with hundreds of co-packers.

Worked with client's software vendor to modify fields to allow software to track ingredients, specifications, labels and processing steps
Adapt existing international training materials to USA examples for packaged foods, fresh produce, and retail cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood
Manage the training schedule and train additional staff to deliver 2-day user program while providing on-going support for current users
Test the software system to insure new features are user-friendly and compliant with food regulations
